Since OpenChapter.net is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

 Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
  • non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us
  • download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems while downloading the product
  • irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team's approval
  • product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned. It helps to research the product's structure and evaluate one's skills in template editing.

You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please, make sure your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. A copy of the document is sent to you at once after review of your refund request. Please, acknowledge that by mutual consent Exchange can be done to avoid a Refund.
